Took a few weeks to get going as my helper went off on sick leave and no contact was made for a few weeks until I went back to my doctor to inform them of the situation. I feel if I hadn’t persevered I may not have got the correct help form the team at talking therapies

Because, my therapist was able to enable me to look at things in a different way. I was having difficulties in knowing how to prioritise my day to day life, and I have achieved my own way to handle this. On an emotional level my therapist helped me see relationships in a different way and this has helped me with my family

The settings were fine but the reception desk at Skimped Hill does not ring through to announce your arrival. I am dissabled and on particular day I couldn't get parked so arrived a little late as a result of this I missed my appointment

If I become unwell and have to come to hospital then I would choose Wokingham hospital 1st then my 2nd choice would be Newberry Hospital.

Staff could be a little quieter when patients are sleeping.

The initial responder took all the necessary details.The second contact,a doctor, got to the root of the problem with suggestion on the way forward. The third contact,again a doctor, who called at my house,being hands on,confirmed the opinion of the first doctor.It left me feeling’ I had done the right thing in calling 111
